Week Notes Vol 127
October 10, 2021
In high school War and Peace was on our mandatory reading list. I’ve read it so far three times - first in high school in Estonian, then in early college days and later in English. My perspective has changed ever so slightly each time. Some of my high school friends had to read it in French while others read it in Russian. We had heated discussions about which version was the best.
The same can be said about different stages of companies. Are the early days the best? Or perhaps once you have figured what the product is and are frantic to ship, ship, ship? Do you want an experienced manager or are you comfortable winging it and crossing your fingers? Company stage too can be a constant rotation of war and peace.
