Week Notes Vol 181

October 23, 2022

And just like that the weather went from 80F to < 60F in a day and smoke filled air was replaced with rain and crisp fall weather.

On Saturday I sat for 4 hours for a tattoo that was undoing another one that had been on my body for close to a decade. Nothing is really permanent.

As much as I admire the bright tree leaves this week I know they, too, will soon be brown, then half rotten, then part of the dirt to provide nutrients for another round of plants and trees.

There’s something philosophical about fall, I cannot quite put my finger on it. Reminder that we’re all part of a circle of life perhaps?
