Week Notes Vol 197

Nature therapy - I have needed a lot of it over the past two weeks. I took Monday off and went cross country skiing in solitude this week.
On Saturday there was a Portland REI outing planned before the layoffs to Mt Hood to demonstrate the fun of snow shoeing to some newer Portland transplants. To wrap it up, Sunday was full sun and ticks galore at Catherine Creek. I’m feeling a bit better now but still counting the days until my vacation!
