Week Notes Vol 21

I am officially in the “will never move to San Francisco” camp after this week. I’ve always found this city dirty and uptight but after this week’s heat wave and walking down streets that smell like public toilets I’ve had enough. I don’t know why but the homeless aren’t as agressive as in Portland or NY. Perhaps it’s the lack of resources available? I’ve always felt that a city should be judged by how they treat the less fortunate.
On the flip side, I snagged a last minute ticket to go see Top Girls at American Conservatory Theater. It was an introvert’s dream night out - Indian takeout, a play not too far from the hotel and an alcoholic beverage in an adult sippy cup.
