Week Notes Vol 76
October 18, 2020
I’ve never been particularily good at good byes. Instead I like to focus on things that can make departures easier - and in my traditional fashion this week it was offboarding myself. Normally I’d go through the steps with one of my team members, this time they went through it with me.
If there’s a lesson I take away from the last (almost) five years - find your work tribe. The people who cheeer you on, tell you when you mess up, challenge your limits and limitations, question your motives/methods but do it because they care not because they have an agenda.
